1. What is the return policy?

My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

2. Are bubbles and wax separation from containers normal?

Yes, I'm doing my best to minimize the bubbles and wax separation from glass. As my home is always on the cooler side, it is a bit challenging to avoid it. Having said that, I'm always working hard to improve my products.

Since your candle will be freshly made, these issues will be minimized when I make it. However, I cannot control outside temperature.

if you find my container candles playful and it brings you joy, try to focus on that, instead of it having a perfect look. At the end, all these air bubbles will go away when the wax melts.

I also love the air bubbles as they are kind of like mirrors and gives the jar a bit of the character.

3. Are any purchases final sale?

No, this will be a case-by-case situation. I make my products with love, and I want you to be happy and feel the same joy that I feel when burning your candles.

For example, if the colour doesn't match your setting as you were hoping so and the candles are in the original shape and unused, I'll be happy to have it back.

Please contact me and tell me what is going on and we will find a solution that we are both happy with.

4. When will I get my order?

please allow 3 - 5 business days for your order to be shipped. This time is required since candles are made to order.

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

5. Where are your products manufactured?

I make them at home in North Shore.

6. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

7. What materials do I use?

I care deeply about health — mine, yours, and our shared environment. That’s why I choose high-quality materials for my candles. I primarily work with beeswax and soy-coconut blends, and occasionally paraffin, always making sure the wax I use is safe and clean.

For color and design, I love using Cadence candle paints — non-toxic, water-based, and made for candles. These paints allow me to bring playful, vibrant designs to life while keeping safety in mind.
